To achieve the ultimate freshly baked, traditional Irish soda bread taste, we highly recommend giving the Penny Loaves a quick flash in the oven just before serving.

RECOMMENDED USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Thaw @ room temperature (20°C) for 2.5 hours

When the product is thawed naturally, it can last up to 3 days once it is covered and stored in a cool dry place.

  1. Once thawed & prior to use - Flash in a pre-heated oven @ 180°C for 2 - 2.5 minutes.
