Grilled Peach and Bacon with Yellow Pepper Penny Canapes

These are perfect a quick and tasty lunch!

Ingredients

Traditional Soda Penny Loaf 3 pack
150g streaky bacon
150g jarred roasted yellow pepper
2 small peaches

Method
  • Heat a ridged grilled pan over a medium heat. Cook the bacon for 2 mins on each side.
  • Remove bacon and leave to cool on kitchen paper. Break the crispy bacon into 4 cm pieces.
  • Cut the peaches into 8ths and grill on the same pan for 2 mins on each side.
  • Slice the Penny Loaf vertically into 5 slices. Place a strip of yellow pepper on each loaf slice
    then top with a grilled peach slice and a piece of bacon.
