- Heat a ridged grilled pan over a medium heat. Cook the bacon for 2 mins on each side.
- Remove bacon and leave to cool on kitchen paper. Break the crispy bacon into 4 cm pieces.
- Cut the peaches into 8ths and grill on the same pan for 2 mins on each side.
- Slice the Penny Loaf vertically into 5 slices. Place a strip of yellow pepper on each loaf slice
then top with a grilled peach slice and a piece of bacon.
